Self-Care Summer: 6/100
I made it to the 9am Suspend class and it was so much better than last night’s class. It was the same instructor (love her) and her playlists are always so good.
This morning was an early 2000s hip-hop/R&B mix. Ashanti got me through this workout.
After Pilates I did a very quick run around the neighborhood before having coffee outside.
Sitting out here has been so good for me.
After some lunch I completed my closet. I can see the floor. How long will it stay this way? We don’t know. We’re just going to enjoy it while it lasts.
Tonight we went for a family walk at a nearby park. Two out of the three kids enjoyed the walk and I consider that a success.
I really might be an evening walk girl. These walks have given my bedtime routine a nice little oomph.
I have been wanting some Chipotle for a while. On our way home I placed an order for a bowl. I could tell by the weight of the bag that my bowl was gonna hit.
And it did. I am writing you from the couch with a case of the ‘itis’.
