Summer is here. How are we feeling? Are you happy with where you are? Do you still have some work to do? Are you feeling less motivated? Have you hit a plateau wall like me?

Let's talk about Summer and how we're gonna kill it...
But before we do that let me have an honest moment with you. These past few weeks have been rough. Between Mother's Day and Memorial Day I'm not sure what happened but I haven't been able to fight temptation as much.

My husband has been buying me all the wine and snacks. I guess he really missed me while I was away in April because every time I turn around he's bringing me some kind of night cap.

Night caps are the devil. 😈

I had been on a roll preparing for my best friend's wedding and all the events leading up to it. All the hard work and discipline paid off because I felt so good. In just a few weeks it's crazy how things can change...

Abs are always the last to show up and the first to go.

Just like any fab girl you know. Abs are fashionably late and they normally leave before the party takes a full turn for the worst. 

My plateau has inspired me to kick things up a notch. This Summer I'm going to workout everyday and eat on plan for 40 days straight.

Starting June 1st I'm going to work towards my goal of getting back to that place where I'm feeling good. Want to join me? All you have to do is workout (or be active) every day for at least 30 minutes and eat a clean diet. So easy, right?
